Viv Viviers has spent some 20 years in executive recruitment predominately in the South African market. Hailing from a legal background he has built an extensive network over the years of both clients and candidates. His client list reads as a veritable "who's who" of South African business.

Prior to relocating to South Africa some 10 years ago Maralyn Viviers was considered to be one of the leaders in Management Recruitment in Continental Europe. Having spent over 30 years in the profession, she was a founder of the Institute of Search Consultants in the United Kingdom, membership of which is seen as a pre-requisite for anyone entering the executive search profession in Continental Europe. At the age 28 she was the youngest Director of Reed Executive, the first recruitment business to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Le Roy Lategan has been in private medical practice for the past 31 years, operating out of his Parktown North premises in Johannesburg. He has obtained the Membership of the Faculty of Family Practice from the College of Medicine in South Africa. After retiring from practice he currently runs the Family Practice Unit at the Helen Joseph Hospital. Le Roy lends his vast experience to selecting the appropriate candidates to fill the various medical needs required in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. He has visited Dubai on several occasions and is impressed with the Government's attempts in promoting Preventive and Health Promotion as well as Curative and Clinical Medicine in all the various modalities, alternate, naturopathic, homeopathic or conventional.

As a Chartered Accountant, Andre has had experience in a wide range of industries acting in a senior financial or advisory role. Andre hails from Johannesburg, has lived in the USA and for the last seven years has lived and worked in Dubai. With his knowledge of Dubai, South Africa and what it takes to become a successful South African expatriate Andre assists both clients and prospective expats in finding their perfect match.
